Although we have had years of experience coding websites from scratch, we used two of the top three Content Management Systems, namely, Joomla and Wordpress. Joomla is an award-winning Content Management System (CMS) used for building websites. Some features include page caching to improve performance, RSS feeds, printable versions of pages, news flashes, blogs, polls, website searching, and language internationalization. However, Wordpress has a much bigger usage rate. Over one third of all websites today have been created and are managed using the Wordpress Content Management System. We find that it is easier to teach clients how to manage their own websites using this CMS.

Potential clients should be aware that if they should ever have to change web masters the switch may have to involve a new website unless they choose a site built using one of the three most popular Content Management Systems, most notably, Wordpress.
